With last years release of “The Dirty Dozen,” the word on the streets has been that it would be the last of George Thorogood & The Destroyers. Not to worry, the allegation is about to be proven wrong!

Combine rock, blues and over three decades of performances and you get George Thorogood and the Destroyers. Though he’s probably most well-known for his hit song “Bad to the Bone,” his latest album proves that he hasn’t lost what made him so popular back in the 70s.
George Thorogood tickets for his tour supporting “The Dirty Dozen” are going fast, so it’s good that he’s nowhere close to wrapping it up. The album was released in June 2009, and Thorogood and the Destroyers have been touring steadily since last fall.
The new album is a collection of six new studio recordings as well as six fan favorites.
“I do the tour for all my fans,” Thorogood told Pollstar.com. “So we will be doing both the fan favorites and ‘George’s favorites’—and we will all have a good time.”

After releasing “The Dirty Dozen” last summer, George Thorogood and the Destroyers have been traveling the country over the fall and now again into this summer.
Thorogood and the Destroyers have a number of stops in the next two months, including several House of Blues stops all over the West Coast – George Thorogood Tickets are available now, and selling fast!
“Dozen” spent over 14 weeks on the Blues Chart, and the single “Tail Dragger” hit No.1 spot on the singles chart.
